1. What makes Rovax's products different from other stores?

2. How can I return my order?
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Simply follow the easy steps on our returns page. Just fill out the return form, send the items back in their original condition and packaging, and we’ll make sure your purchase amount is refunded to your account within 5 business days. Don’t forget to pack the parcel securely and include a Track & Trace code!
3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the UK is free. For international orders, shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. The exact shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process.
4. How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details, including a tracking number if you selected tracked shipping. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations once your order has been processed. If you’d like to make a change, please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can check if adjustments are still possible before the order is shipped.
6. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We’re very sorry if your order arrives damaged. Please contact us immediately via email or our contact form, and send us photos of the damaged product. We’ll make sure a quick solution is provided, whether that’s a replacement product or another arrangement.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the UK are usually delivered within 7–14 business days. International orders may take longer depending on the destination and customs processes. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped so you can follow its progress.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay only. This ensures fast and secure payment processing.
9. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

10. Can I exchange a product I purchased for something else?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you’d like to swap an item, you can return it through our return procedure and then place a new order for the desired product.
